1. General Agreement

By accessing our website and purchasing products from Nexon.LK, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Our platform focuses on empowering makers, students, and engineers with rapid access to genuine electronic components. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Accounts & Sign-In

• •You may create an account with your email or sign in with Google. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• •You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• •We may suspend or close accounts that are used for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
• •You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place orders.

3. Product Authenticity & Warranty

Every board, sensor, and IC sold through our site undergoes stringent quality checks by our technical team at Future Innovations LK.

• •Development boards (Arduino, Raspberry Pi) include a 3-month testing warranty.
• •Power supplies and robotics chassis are guaranteed against manufacturing defects upon arrival.
• •Burnt or explicitly short-circuited components (e.g., reverse polarity) are strictly void of warranty.

4. Orders, Pricing & Island-wide Delivery

Nexon.LK dispatches orders primarily handled through verified local courier partners.

• •Orders placed before 12:00 PM LKT are typically dispatched on the same business day.
• •Pre-orders for specific or massive bulk modules may require a lead time of 7-14 business days.
• •Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change without notice. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is mispriced or out of stock.
• •Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• •Report damaged, incorrect, or defective items within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos where possible.
• •Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and not physically or electrically damaged by the customer.
• •Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a replacement, at our discretion.

6. Safe Use, Liability & Governing Law

Electronic components can be hazardous if misused. You are responsible for using products safely and in line with their datasheets, including correct voltage, polarity, and handling of batteries and mains-connected parts.

To the extent permitted by law, Nexon.LK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes are subject to the courts of Sri Lanka.
