Nexon.LK (“Nexon”, “we”, “us”) is an online electronics store operated from Sri Lanka and supported by Future Innovations LK. This policy applies to our website at nexon.lk and any related services that link to it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to run the store and support our customers:

• •Account and contact details: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored only as a salted hash).
• •Order details: delivery address, items purchased, order history, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers; card payments are handled by our payment provider.
• •Support communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or forms on the site.
• •Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and basic usage logs, collected automatically for security and site performance.

3. Google User Data

If you choose to sign in with Google, we request access to your basic Google profile only: your email address, name, and profile picture (the openid, email, and profile scopes).

• •We use this data solely to create and authenticate your Nexon.LK account, to show your name on the site, and to send order and account notifications.
• •We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service or to comply with law.
• •We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
• •No human reads your Google user data unless you give consent, it is needed for security or abuse investigation, or the law requires it.

Nexon.LK’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by asking us to delete your account (see section 7).

4. How We Use Your Information

• •To process and deliver orders, handle payments, returns, and warranty claims.
• •To create and manage your account and keep it secure.
• •To respond to enquiries and provide technical support.
• •To send transactional messages such as order confirmations and delivery updates. We only send marketing messages if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
• •To detect fraud, prevent abuse, and improve site performance.

5. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

• •Courier partners receive your name, phone number, and delivery address to deliver your order.
• •Payment providers process your payment under their own privacy policies.
• •Hosting and infrastructure providers store data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• •Authorities, where disclosure is required by Sri Lankan law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Cookies, Storage & Security

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Passwords are hashed, and access to personal data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Retention, Your Rights & Deletion

• •We keep account data while your account is active, and order records for as long as needed for warranty, accounting, and legal obligations.
• •You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will delete your account and associated Google user data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
• •You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

8. Children & Policy Changes

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify users on the site or by email.
